Servings: 2 cups

Equipment
A glass blender
Chopping board
Knife
Measuring cups

Ingredients
1 cup of chilled peeled and diced red-skinned mango
1 cup mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries-optional)
½ cup of Greek plain yoghurt (vanilla flavor) chilled
¼ cup pure chilled orange juice
1 teaspoon of honey (for additional flavor is optional)

Direction
 In a glass blender, combine all ingredients in layers of the diced mango, the berries,
yoghurt the orange juice and finally the honey.
 Blend until smooth for about 3 minutes stopping intermittently.
 Serve it chilled

 

Note:
Before preparing the smoothie, ensure that the all equipment have been thoroughly washed.
Please wash hands thoroughly before handling the fruits to prevent any contamination since no heat is applied.
