Phase Two of the Healthy Kids Community Challenge is all about the benefits of water, which can be used to keep children and families hydrated, and also provides a fun way to stay active, especially during the warm summer months.

During this phase, families are encouraged to limit drinking sugary juices, pop, etc. and consider water (infused with fruit, or plain), as a healthy alternative.
